Restorative Breathing Method: Level II - (Days 1&2)
Optimal Autonomic Breathing is the first functional movement, which occurs from a natural birth, and is the foundational element for stability, mobility, strength, performance, learning, and sleep. This course incorporates FMS/SFMA and many other modalities to restore autonomic breathing.
- Day 1 will include a short pool session, all attendees will be getting in the water with Lois for a brief time to reset their Cranial Nerves.

Midline Anomalies - (Day 3)
The sequential development of the midline from an embryologic stage to adulthood. Alterations of the midline can negatively impact the development of the Airway, Midbrain and Brainstem, Oral Cavity, Septum, and Digestive Tract. Timely intervention can have a positive impact on growth and development.
3 Day Course
Required Prerequisites: Restorative Breathing Method: Level I & Cranial Nerve Assessment. Attendance to all 3 days is mandatory. Ticket price will increase on January 8th, 2019.
