Restorative Breathing Method: Level II
Optimal Autonomic Breathing is the first functional movement, which occurs from a natural birth, and is the foundational element for stability, mobility, strength, performance, learning, and sleep. This course incorporates FMS/SFMA and many other modalities to restore autonomic breathing.

Restorative Breathing Method: Level II
Join Lois Laynee in learning the second installment of her Restorative Breathing Method. Course Objectives:
- Integrating developmental patterns
- Designing dynamic endurance
- 4 step protocol enhanced for specific populations
- Customizing optimal human performance, sleep, posture, and athletic ability
- Day 1 will include a short pool session, all attendees will be getting in the water with Lois for a brief time to reset their Cranial Nerves.
Prerequisites and Requirements:
- Prior completion of Restorative Breathing Method: Level I is required to attend this course
- Attendance to both course days is mandatory

Level II - Practitioner
Licensed professionals in their field of practice. Can be, but not limited to: RDH, OMT, DO, MD, DC, DMD, DDS, Message Therapy, or other body work professionals. Day 1 will include a swim session, where attendees will be in the water for a brief time. Attendance to both days of the course is mandatory.
